The arrested Tamils in Vavuniyaa would be released soon, the authorities had promised to the parliamentarian.

If they are taken to Bindunuweewa detention camp the police, army and Sinhala judges will get together to mete out their justice that hacking and burning the detainees is justifiable and all those took part in the massacre can go home free. No retrial or no fault of the Sinhala police.

Overseas Tamil diaspora (including Tamil Refugees from 1983) must bear the complete blame for aiding Tamil thugs and bandits that put innocent Sri Lankan Tamils into a miserable situation.

Man your barking at the wrong tree. That was Karuna, his late brother and their deputy Pilliyan.

including Tamil Refugees from 1983

Why did they become refugees? Who should take the blame for that? If you think they are the life blood of the uprising: who should we thank for creating that?

DVLADV,

Karna or no karuna, it was LTTE, under the leadership of prabha. prabha is responsible for what his followers did. well if you are correct, then JR was sitting in his ward place home in 1983.

Pawan83,

you sucked the blood out until they are dead of 400 surendered policemen.

You know that was committed by Karuna and the new gun carrying democrat Pillayan. He is rewarded with more guns. Don't worry, those victims are not your or MR's relatives.

Karna or no karuna, it was LTTE, under the leadership of prabha.

So according to the same logic it is Mahinda Rajapakse who killed Kadir, 17 aid workers, 5 Tamil MPs, 10 Muslim workers, ..... because 'it was under the leadership of the president'.?

JR was sitting in his ward place home in 1983.

While JR's appearance on TV and his many speeches instigated many things: it is the GOSL that is held responsible as it was supposed to protect all citizens according to the constitution.
LTTE is not a state actor and not legally bound. Any man committing an offense should be charged individually according to the laws of the state.
