India was able to bully GOSL through LTTE. It yielded few things in favour of India. But they crossed the line and now appease the GOSL by defending in and out believing the same out come. It is not productive as the former one.

But I don't think they will be able to bully LTTE using GOSL. LTTE never trusted or relied on India and India also has to keep South India in mind what ever it does.

It is a good opportunity to Sri Lanka to show the world Sri lanka is a safe place to visit even for VVP and foreign diplomats. LTTE might try to plant bombs to show the world that is LTTE culture.

Sri lanka can not host SAARC summit due to the civil war and it will be advisable for all heads of SAARC to concel their visit to Ari lanka and if possible this summit should be held either in Bangladesh or in Maldives but not in Sri lanka. It is very dangerous for all.

Bomb blasts will be anywhere in Colombo or in kandy if the Sri lanka gouvernment host this summit.

I am sure the high powered team who came to Colombo from India must have come to raise the questions on the security situation and to make sure that the Indian president will not be treated the same way Rajive Gandhi was served.
