I am sure Prabrakaran will be intelligent enough to disrupt the SAARC Summit with a few bombs,....
Actually, the GOSL doesn't have to be worried about the security situation...
Once one bomb goes off, we can get full pledge help from all the SAARC countries to wipe out LTTE in a few days....
All you need is scare the hell out of the leaders with calculated bomb blast !

Why not give the credit too....It's time for them to acquire the credit for that they have done for 30 years.
