Ah I See. It works on the same principles as the ZHTTE Tactical withdrawals.. Must be another invention of the LTTE Humanitarian War Ordnance Development Division (HWODD).

What happened was ZTTE informed Tamilnet that they are going to bomb a camp. So Tamilnet went with the story at the right time but they were late getting to the site to get some pictures. there was no camp there, all trees and bushes. tamilnet.tv heard the story and went to town. |
