Ellalan Force is a well known entity that has been in existence for some time now.
LAst time when Ellalan force appeared White vans also increased.
So, this time white vans also will increase.
I hope Mano Ganashan also gets one. |

This is my answer. Others may not agree with me. LRRP work is not a walk in the park. They go deep into enemy territory and gather intel and setup the attack. In those circumstances, the intel may not be crisp and their network is not that well established. Under those conditions, they may had made few mistakes. Perhaps attacked the wrong vehicle resulting in civilian deaths. Do you really think LRRP go deep into LTTE area to kill civilians? If that is their goal, they could have done that in the south. There are plenty of tamils in the south who support LTTE.
What does LTTE do in return? They deliberately target innocent civilians who travel by public transport. These are the poorest of the poor who do not have cars. Do you think such action would prevent LRRP from targeting LTTE leaders? No.
When there is war, it is inevitable that some innocents get caught in the cross fire. That is why we do not need wars. LRRP on their part must take utmost care in their targets. LTTE will target civilians irrespective of LRRP. After all, it is a terrorist organization in the brink of extinction. |
