of course. Previous govts did not crush LTTE. There wouldnt be any war if they had taken care of LTTE that time. :)

Shame is on us too. For trying to negotiate with the barbarians. LTTE should've been taken out at the first opportunity. Unfortunately it never happened. I think that is because most singhalese are not into blood-sports...
Now it has become apparent that LTTE has to be taken out. So far SLDF's have done quite a remarkable job albeit a few miss-fires by the DPU. The real hits that DPU and the LRRP carry out successfully, we never hear about.. SLA is successful because these few DPU and LRRP guys are kicking some real butt behind the lines in Vanni.
LTTE will blow more civilians up if the opportunity is there. And they will hide behind tamil children and women because they are shameless worms just like their boss Jabba the Hutt.
These brainwashed monkeys here are just hooting because they have spent money on this business for 30 years.

They did..
Not before he became a real pain in the neck for Velu anna and the East was taken out of Velu's land claim.
I hear that there are more 'Senior' guys who are willing to do things to save their skins and may be get a deplomatic PP.
It will come.. More of LTTE's young fighters must sacrifice their lives before these 'Senior' guys will produce the sacrificial Swine to the Army.
Call me bluff.. but negotiations are under way. It is a matter of ironing out some minor wrinkles..
