Opinion Polll on viable options as a solution to the national problem

Thursday, 5 June 2008 - 5:16 AM SL Time

Choices are 3 with 2 extremes:

1. Unitary State with hegemony by Sinhala majority as the status quo based on their supremacy.

2. Compromised devolution with power sharing on the principle of equal citizenry to all communities.

3. Eelam for Tamil speaking and Sri Lanka for Sinhalese speaking communities.

There must be a nationwide referendum to determine which one is the most popular.

Please vote for one.

Because of the above statement the results of your options are going to be skewed against minority just based on numbers making the poll worthless.

Sintamus,

It must be #2. But before that LTTE must be removed.

Compromised devolution

How can it be #2 when the devolution is going to be a comprmise. A compramise anything will be to satisfy the waring parties and not to serve the public defeating the purpose.

Better request only Tamil LNP members to vote! :D
Otherwise your poll will be considered worthless!
