This should be some LTTE - propaganda to show that LTTE is not RACIST and they explode bombs in Tamil neighbourhoods too OR
It is simply a POORLY - TRAINED CHILD SOLDIER trying to carry hand grenades and he dropped it and exploded. So, the operation went wrong.
WE have yet to see a exploding suicide bomber in Wellawaththa. |

Two dead in Wellawatte blast
Two people were killed and a further 10 injured following the grenade blast in Wellawatte. The blast occurred near a bus halt. |

There has been an explosion in an electrical transformer at Grandpass a short while ago. It is still not clear if the explosion was caused by a technical glitch or explosive device.
Hope no relation with Wellawatta blast. |
