All lies. There is no any truth whatsoever that these people were killed by LTTE fighters but certinly by some sinhalese army deserters who might have killed for looking for some money from these poor people.

Most of the local banks and shops are attacked by these army deserters and blamed LTTE for nothing.

Sad about this family.
But, news item provides no enough information to support the claim.
We must wait to label the culprits till more news appear, in a case like this.

Capturing another tamil stronghold like Munnagam Base on Thursday by SLA is a great achievement and will help to uplift the morale of soldiers. Though it is a small area LTTE fighters get more and more demoralize due to loosing land that they controlled over decade. My personal understanding is SLA can advance from Welioya region, as LTTE has less resistance from this stretch.

If LTTE has it own govt this is the fate of many tamils who want democracy or just. At least now tamils must cooperate with GOSL to demolish this terrorist outfit.

LTTE tries to use whatever means available to collect money. As fund raising is difficult now they steal money fabricating big lies. If GOSL can accelerate liberating North from this ruthless terrorist group it will be a big relief to all the countries in the world.
