A Sri Lankan television journalist was stabbed to death Wednesday in the country's restive north, police and a media rights group said. A mob attacked Paranirupasingham Devakumar as he drove his motorbike through Navanthurai village in the Jaffna peninsula, police spokesman Ranjith Gunasekara The weapons used in the stabbing attack will be determined in a post mortem to be released Thursday, Gunasekara said, adding that it was too early to comment on possible suspects. |

Prabhakaran is an intelligent man and if wish , he would have simply removed you long ago. There is no use of removing empty people like Mr.Mahinda , ( this is a matter of a day with the help of your arm forces) ....
Rather kill civilians in buses and trains than 'idiots'. I guess I'm not intelligent enough to see the logic here.... |

Sea Tigers Always Strong
Liberation Tigers of Tamileelam (LTTE) Sea Tigers naval wing launched a raid in the early hours of Thursday on the Sri Lanka Navy camp located at Chi'ruththeevu islet, close to Ma'ndaitheevu island and Jaffna city.
