Police getting shot and killed in public in Govt. controlled areas?
I am surprised no one is blaming LTTE.

The train service between Kandy and Matale has been disrupted after a bomb placed under a bridge connecting the rail track in Katugastota exploded Tuesday night. Police sources said there was no casualty as there was no movement of train on the track at that time of explosion. But an inquiry is being conducted to assess the damage caused to rail track.
