I an sorry I do not agree. MR paid a PR company to arrange for a talk at Oxford. Remember? LTTE has no need to do such things. They never have done anything like that in the past.
When a President has to stoop so low as to pay for an invitation nothing more needs to be said on the matter.

Oxford is thinking of promoting Singlecellese Presidents one step higher to cockroach catchers and breeders .
