Whatreallyhap says:
He died of a heart attack not SLdf

Poor wretched fellow, what do you think gave this terrorists a heart attack? He died of fright after seeing a nightmare in which a LRRP unit was coming to blow his sorry ass up.
Cheers!

May Salute to Brigadier Balraj.

It will be a great loss to LTTE and Tamils who are still believe and backing up acts of LTTE.
We all know that LTTE is no longer a hit and run group, but stand against mass army force. Equally an able fighting forces.
He will be respected by Tamils all over the world. No arguments.

Barber: Balraj! you here too?

Still not got over the cast system and life in real terms remains static to many.

Fisherfolks, climbers, toddy tappers, street sweepers.....I thought Buddha despised these discriminations but their sons who talk so much about Buddism are soaked in discrimination, racial hatred and bias.

It is no point worshipping Buddha's teeth or bone in Kandy when his sons are abusing the same Buddha in such a cruel manner.

Premadasa was a dhoby and he was one time president of SL. MR is a coastal Matara guy, from fisher community, and every one worshipping him because of his stand. Why some of the guys are so confused???

This is the final enlightenment of a race that claims at least 2550 years of civilization or 2550 years of total ignorance?

Fifteen people have disappeared in the Trincomalee district during the first half of May, says the Human Rights Commission in Trincomalee.

The District Human Rights Co-ordinator, Gloria Frances told Sandesaya that the Commission had received complaints of these disappearances between May 9 and 15.

Among the disappeared are two women, and all those who disappeared are in the age group of 20 to 30, she said.

According to relatives the armed group of people in civilian dress had come in white vans and they spoke in Sinhala and Tamil.

Frances said that the disappeared did not belong to any political party.

'They were ordinary workers,' she added.

She said the Commission had lodged complaints about these disappearances to the District Inspector General of Police in Trincomalee.

Why is MR protecting this THUG Mervin for so long?
Why the people of SL stand by and watch this idiot!!

Ministerial thugs go berserk

A Sirasa TV media team was assaulted, with their camera smashed and vehicle damaged by an identified gang early morning yesterday at Kiribathgoda, whilst covering Vesak celebrations in the area.

A spokesman for the TV Channel said that the gang had inquired whether they were from Sirasa and threatened that they cannot film the Vesak pandal at the Kiribathgoda pola. Subsequently, the gang, whilst holding the crew and vehicle under threat, had called whom they described as a Minister, to get instructions on how to proceed .

Thereafter, the gang had beaten the journalists and smashed the camera as well as windscreen and windows of the vehicle. The journalists had lodged a complaint at the Kiribathgoda police. The Free Media Movement yesterday condemned the attack on journalists.

Sirasa TV has come under constant attack by Minister Mervyn Silva, who is from the area.
