Eastern CM swearing-in put off

There should be a rotating system. Starting with Hisbulla who has some experience will be good.

Pillian can take over in 2years after getting some experience.

So either way one party is gonna get angry :))

U might be wrong here..May be both parties will be mad and angry..IF Karuna is elected..

It will be stupid of MR not to have anticipated this problem and have a Plan B..I think Plan B is Karuna..

I have given a suggestion on page 3. Don't you think it will work. Rotation defeats the objective of having a CM and becoming the CM both as explained on the other thread.

If it is a Cricket match and the final is washed off or ends in a Tie..yeah they will share the trophy..but not in dirty politics

Pillian can take over in 2years after getting some experience.

Pillayan must have entered the mainstream politics just to get the top post..if he does not who knows what is next..

yes that seems possible But...would pillayan really like to have karuna back?..especially after both their factions killed each other over their arguments? i doubt it. cos the moment karuna becomes cm..pillayan would fear for his life.

and both pillayan and karuna have no love for the muslims.

it will be the proverbial 'idiyappa chikkal'

In a democracy we have to share power. If Pillian says no then bad luck. He has to learn.

1: srilanka is not a democracy

2: do you Really think pillayan entered politics cos he 'wanted to be democratic' ? hell no

3 will he sit back and not create an ah 'accident' for hisbulla while hisbulla is the cm?

i doubt that too

Sri Lanka was a democracy until 70s.

It is the JVP & LTTE terrorist that destroyed democracy in Sri Lanka.

Modayas did not design a constitutional solution to appoint a CM. They left the door open for manipulation by the majority. Thats is what causing this mess.

Anyway, what we can see is the coming of 'East-Eelam War'!
