This was expected as India openly support GOSL's drive to eradicate Tamil Terrorism.
Ground situations are not very friendly for Tamil Terrorism these days as scores of Tamil Terrorists perish due to continued offensive by SLDF.
Only life line left for Tamil Terrorism is human shields(Innocent Tamils) held under Tamil Terror Gun culture (says escaped Tamil Civilians)...:-)

No...No...No...They are sinhalese. you know they never kill anybody. they did not kill 70,000 tamils and 35000 sinhalese and 1000s of muslims. all the problem started right after 1983 july 23rd, before that SL was a paradise. ^thats what i said by close in defence systems...if you notice...the missile they are testing the goalkeeper against is a Harpoon ASGM....wich is a sub-sonic missile!!
a brahmos is about 3-3.5 times faster....and those two missiles were NOt talking to each other...nor were they 'jinking'......they just flew straight on to the target,
this is a far cry from really intelligent missiles that work as a pack and carry out evasive menuvers as they clsoe in...not to mention the -3 times speed..
as it stands...no anti-missile defence system on a ship is able to defeat such a threat...
and this is but the tip of the iceberg..cos already hypersonic ASGM's are being developed
BAPL is contemplating a hypersonic mach 8 version of the missile, named as the BrahMos 2. BrahMos 2 will be the first hypersonic cruise missile and is expected to be ready by 2012-13. The laboratory testing of the missile has started.

this is why i stand by my claim that huge naval ships will not only be cost effective..but will only be floating Multi Billion Dollar Coffins/money sinks in the future
