The Oxford Union hosts the world's leading statesmen and international figures. Last year, Yasser Arafat made his first international speech after the Israeli elections.
Oxford union is essentially a Debating Forum. Prabhakaran as an invitee, in the future,is not exceptional.
Mahinda Rajapakse was invited in his official position as the Leader of a country embroiled in human rights violation.
Obviously his theme revolved around begging for help from the world to crush LTTE.
His speech proved that he is a Human rights violator!

They have used nuts and bolts to assemble plans manufactured in Eastern Europe . That makes the LTTE geniuses . I mean when a bunch of 5 th grade retards manage to tighten a few screws . |
