Does any Tamil really need to waste any time on this?
In fact its not easy ti find the truth, till we have data about 2nd time applications for GCE/OL.
Education ministry can easily compare the last year 2nd sitting with coming year number.
I agree, war is badly affecting kids there. Even SLAF is bombing LTTE targets, its a huge impact for kind mentally and physically.
So, the blame is going to LTTE first, but GOSL is also getting a part of it.
In fact, people all those who are supporting the war from both communities..! |

I think I responded to this question before. Is that Thilliampalam an accountant who worked at Associated Motorways? I knew the one at AMW. Do not recall knowing one in PNG.
