Zeez poor Tameels!

They are worse of than dutu gemunu no!

They have Douglas to the North,
Sinhalese to the south,
Pilliyan to East and
and the ocean to West of them,

And they have cancerous Prabakaran eating them alive in the middle.

Where is a poor tameel to go?

Moby/Sinthaka:

you will never be happy...even if one fine day you create your EElam, you will still be an unhappy lot...so now, you will have to love with Pilliyan...sorry.

Of course I would have been happy with whatever the outcome, if the election was free. But, for many Tamils, this looks like a forced solution by the Sinhalese.

Now you can come from Japan to 'Nagenahira Navodaya' ceremony in Galle face and publicly worship Hon Pilliyan

You guys are fearful of VP, that is why this Pilliyan fool is being worshipped by Sinhalese. If VP was not there, you people would not have given a damn to a Tamil!

Sinthaka,

Cream of politicians from both communities have been knocked off.

All that is left is 'pol kudu'

Kappitipola said if he had 10 like himself, the story would be different . . . Error. . . He should have prepared the 10 before venturing.

Sinthaka, consider 10 young people, make them see things as they are. Politicos will fall in line. Life is a dynamic process, nowhere there is smooth sailing. The virus called LTTE should be used to improve the immune system of our society against thuggery and idiocy. That is how the mother Nature wants us to function.

We are fearful of VP as much as you guys are fearful of the Rakapaksha Brothers. Beside if VP didn't start the armed struggle, people like Kadir, Kitesh, and the rest of the proper Tamil intellect would have made sure we all fall in line.... They were all there during most of the so called 'ethnic cleansing' were they not?

Why did Tamils vote for the UNP-SLMC to elect the highest number of Muslim members? In a few polling booths Pillaiyan group stuffed ballot papers and children voted with crosses to indicate he is the preferential candidate whereas in other places Tamils could exercise their choice to elect Muslims.
Minister supports Hisbullah

The unofficial results indicate that more Muslim councillors were elected than Tamil councillors for the Eastern Provincial Council.

President Rajapaksa (L) with MLAM Hisbullah
Muslim ministers have voiced support to Mr. Hisbullah to become CM

If the government abide by the earlier pledge, Mr. Hisbullah, who crossed over to the government from the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) days before the nominations, should be appointed as the CM.

A Muslim government minister has also expressed his support to the regional Muslim leader.

Minister Najeeb A Majeed told journalist Swaminathan Natarajan of BBC Tamil Service in Trincomalee that Mr. Hisbulla is more experienced to hold a public office.

He has hold many public offices including being a minister. And he has a very good record of working for the Tamil and Muslim unity, the minister said.

Looks like Sinhalayas will erect Pilliyan's big statues and will worship him soon, just like you worship your 'diyo'. VP did a great job on scaring the hell out of you Sinhalese it seems!
