United National Party - 28,233 (59.08%)
United People's Freedom Alliance - 18,451 (38.61%)


What happened for Jeyasikkuru in Mutur? Was Voters age limit changed in Mutur, unlike Ampara where 13, 14 years old kids were with polling cards.

Now no wonder why Lakshman Hulugalle in Trinco counting center.

A top official at the District Secretariat told 'Lanka Dissent' a short while ago that Mr. Hulugalle, accompanied by 12 armed guards, including one STF officer, had gained entrance to the counting centre.

Batti only 6 seats for UPFA and UNP 4, thats means MR will lose eastern.UPFA Expected to get 9 or 10 and UNP 2 or 3.
Trinco and Ammapri is in UNP hands.
