Mahinda won by making it happen.

Making what happen? Showing SL electoral system is worse than Africa.

Srilanka won by defeating, chasing Terras out of East.

When did they do that? Karuna was in charge of east for over 10 years before defection. Defection changed the name and leader but its still a armed rebel outfit that is still calling the shots. You cannot say any one is in charge as TMVP, GOSL, LTTE on its own will not stand.

Bush won by declaring war against terrorists.

No Bush lost, his popularity is the worst any US President has ever had, the economy is the worst after a long time, has no way of comming out of Iraq and Bin Laden is still live and kicking.

World won by watching that terrorists cant win.

This I should agree because even if Mihinda wins by ballot the world knows it was stuffed and stolen ballots by force.

So you got one out of four. Not bad for a start: keep trying.

Since independence, every time Sri Lanka had held an election the reality of Eelam had gotten closer. The election in east is same... Eelam gotten even closer... VP will have trouble stopping laughing!
