Tamils born in Sri Lanka and lived there are the citizens of Sri Lanka. A tamil or Sinhalese is a foreigner in India or any other country.
Tamils have no history in Sri Lanka before 1200 AD.
Besides, a new theory is That Tamils are African people who moved to abandoned lands of South India while North had been occupied even before the tamil migration.
That story holds for Sri Lankan tamils too.
Sinhala people developed the South and abandoned the North Arid lands which was later occupied by Tamils.
NOrth also could be occupied because of the LIFT-irrigation system that Malayali tamils brought with them. Otherwise, it was fishing and PEarls etc., the major methods of living.

Only the terrorist Tamils not allowed.
There is not a single Tamil in those cities. In 1958 riots many were chased out and in 1983 riots Sinhalese thugs made sure not a single Tamil lives any longer.

The Kandian dance movement looks like a barbarian dance movement. The dance is similar to uncivilized hannibal dance in front of their meat.
I don't believe these peoples are civilized and need another 1000 years to civilize.

Elaalan/Elara the Great Tamil king ruled all of Sri Lanka way back in 2200 B.C.E. That's more than 3000 years before 1200 A.D. |

Even TamilNAdu Exists since 1964.
Any Soli, Kalinga, or any other group came to Sri Lanka was known as Tamils.
Except five brothers of Pandayans, Tamils were WEAK people through out their history.
Modern KArnataka and Andra Pradesh dominated South india and they invaded Sri Lanka very often. |
