Can the whole sri lankan arm forces survive?

why can't the sinhalese people send a deligation to wanni for peace talks with Tamils.

Mr.VP might give them a chance this time.

Tiggers might do the same in all over the island to chase away all these arm forces from Tamil areas.

BERTY,

For the security reasons I am unable to reveal the exact numbers of soldiers and army commandors killed during this attack. It might be more than 150 or more because this ship was almost ready to leave from Trincomalee harbour but sea tigers were there before three days ( hiding under sea with all equipments )

However, you will not read any thing more in the news papers because the public might c ry against the government.

This ship is very essential and very very expensive too.

People like Mr.Srath and other poor sinhalese army commandors misunderstand the power of Tigers and hope that this sunken ship will remind them at least now that they can't defeat Tigers .

It is impossible.

People like Anud and others will still support sri lankan arm forces in vain but it is time for all of us to stop this useless war before the total destruction of this Island. and unavoidable partition.

After Myanmar UN might prepare the ground for the partition to stop this war It is better at least.

Was this work of Tiger's small sub-marine?

It is understood that the sub-marine was near Trincomalee before the attack and if it is true , any foreign country who may try to use trincomalee harbor will have reconsider and move away not only from Trincomalee but from the whole Island because SLN can not give them any security .

The Tigers are coming and specially sea tigers who might at any time explose the other harbours of this Island

Now it is left to the government and arm forces to decide between peace and war

This powerful attack should be considered to be a first but tough warning given by Mr.VP to the government.

Saintclair,

The Govt and Defense.lk will come out with the statement that the ship with large quantities of food and medicines destined to the North were sunk by suicide bombers. However, the ship was not damaged and no soldier is injured or killed. But 15 suicide bombers were killed by timely attack by SL seamen.

The govt leaders and the military top brass can continue the war only if they down play the damage caused by this LTTE attack. They will rather talk about the phony election that legitimises their hegemony over the minorities than discuss the losses suffered.

KURAL,

LTTE is not a rebel but they are freedom fighters for the foreign countries but they are considered as terrorist in sri lanka by sinhalese people

However the way they organise all these powerful attack on SLN they are regular and well trained arm forces then these sri lankans little soldiers.

only 3/4th? i thought the sln claimed to have destroyed all the llte ships in the deep seas...the fact the same defence.lk claimed that 3 new shiploads were unloaded recently is funny

oh btw...for the last 6 or 7 months the sln has never engaged the sea-tigers...yet they lost ships...

Saintclair,

So LTTE are freedom fighters? Are you sure?
How do you defined freedom fighters when they forcefully abduct children and trains for the war, kill innorcent civilians and monks, uses people as suicide bombers, also in North, LTTE asks all the tamil people to pay for them, all these violates human rights and lose the freedom of people and you still call these terrorists freedom fighters? You are definitely out of your mind brother.

If LTTE are freedom fighters they should have to 'FF' rather than LTTE. Why not? Proper word for LTTE is terrorists.
