Sorry mate. It should read 'without that qualification'. I have posted that correction.
Now to the explanation:
If you make a statement from a higher position, you need to show that you are in that higher position for this purpose - for example senior member above ordinary member - so you are taken as correct until proven otherwise.
I do not know of such a status that you have - if you do have that.
You therefore have to prove from zero base - commonly known as the Objective base or the scientific base. The zero base is the base where neither side has a subjective advantage - because of a position. In other words you start off on the premise that we are equals.
Then you have to scientifically prove your point from that common base - which is the point at which we agree and therefore do not have advantage/head-start.
In this instance, do you agree that you and I have equal right to publish our personal credentials in this forum? If yes - that is the starting point. If no - then we have to find a lower starting point - which you need to define because to me we do have the right to publish so long as we do not consciously damage someone else's earned benefits.

The fact that you guys did not understand this meant that you do not know the system of democracy.
Equal footing is the basis of democracy. Any status above that needs to be earned on objectively measurable merit basis / scientific basis.
You guys are clear examples of why Sri Lanka is a failed democracy
