not exactly...the mahaveerar dont get paid..while the Ranaweruwo do get paid..
PS: interestingly 'Ranaweruwo' means war-hero and 'mahaveeran' means 'great hero'
its interesting how the terminologies used by the two ethnicities are slightly different |

If there is severe rice shortage in Sri Lanka, India would definitely offer its assistance.
India may help. Its good.
But, its a shame that SL has to depend on all these countries, after spending billions on projects like speedy Mahaweli.
President (MR or next) must forced to resign the agriculture minister, if this continue for another 2 years.
GOSL is doing not enough to meet the domestic needs of food. |

^^ i used to wonder earlier why the tigers let MR come into power..now..looking at how he is (mis)managing the country..im amazed at their forethought!
Ranil would have spelled doom for them in the long run.but Mr on the other hand is doing their job for them!

lol im not his spokesman. i do not know what he thinks. you might have to ask him :))
maybe you can ask him when you 'win the war' within a year :))

If VP is there , atleast people will work without any corrupt & there wont be any hoarders now in colombo.
so there wont a shortage of rice in the first place. |
