Sri lanka military should write to LNP members for funds.
So this API-wenuwen-thopi is like TRO:). Are they registered in UK? Tax free?charity org in UK?

Idea is good, but we are also must prepared to beat the juice out of anyone who uses people's money and put in their pockets rather than send them to military.

Yes,
First, you make sure money will not go to the pocket/ sarong of few indiv.
Second, you make sure, after the money reached army, big portion goes to the top layer as commission.
Most of the time what happens is that money does not end up where it must end up.

The idea is great if no one abuses this to make profits or to achieve special preferences out of it.
By going through the comments, I got an idea that most of the Sinhala friends do not trust their leaders and rulers!

Basil Rajapakse assured Pillaiyan that he would be crowned as the Chief Minister of Eastern Province even if UNP-SLMC get the highest number of seats.
He also assured Pillaiyan if he did not ask for money and authority to carry out any project like Varatharaja Perumal (to JRJ)did he won't be sacked or dismissed. He will be provided with a luxury 4 wheeler.
Pillaiyan was also assured that he and his Group can carry guns and train children kidnapped by STF and army for combat.
He was assured that Karuna will not be allowed to return to Sri Lanka and has nothing to worry about.
