Not really , The ltte opened the tank for 1 hour for use as a swimming facility . . It is back under LTTE control now.

Military Advances are slow but Steady with careful mine clearing and other obstacles.SLA caring much about life's than higher impacts.

Mannar Operations run through the LTTE sea camps and TN logistics channels to mainland.
