it with the population the ratio of Singlecellese overseas is way higher than the Tamils .

I do not have the exact TN numbers but try this out for size.
There are 5.2 to + - 6 Million SL overseas? That would make it close to 35% of the population,I can tell you 35% of Tamils from TN (450M )are not overseas.
So you go figure out the rest.
