The SLDF and the POLICE are responsible for the security of all people, whether they are Sri Lankans or foreigners so long as they enter this volatile region.
Foreigners come as spies or as sympathizers of the wanni terrorist butchers, the LTTE.
The election monitoring commission or the Ministry of Information should have given the powers to release all news photos connected with this election - to the local or the foreign media. |
