This is the right thing to do. We the Gamiya's who voted for Mahinda are FULLY behind this Govt. Move.

We have not forgetten how the visa given to Paul Harris impounded by Prime Minister Traitor Ranil because Paul Harris was exposing the LTTE Terror activities under cover of the Traitor Ranil CFA.

Paul Harris was thrown out of Sri Lanka by Traitor Ranil.

We will No-Longer allow LTTE-Traitor Ranil-Hakeem unholy alliance to Tarnish Sri Lanka's anti-LTTE operations.

The international monitor's are more than enough. We the Gamiya's hope that adequate 'background checks' have been carried out on these so called international monitor's who have been allowed in the North and East as election observer's. Traitor Ranil/Velupillai international sympathiser's can easily pose as 'Independent' International Observers and infilterate in to the Monitoring Team. Traitor Ranil has replaced Anton Balasingham in the LTTE and the Traitor is very good at this stuff..

Tiger's really have not lost much by loosing Anton Bala and Tamil Selvam because Traitor Ranil / Mangala /CBK and Hakeem are doing a much better job for the Tiger's than Anton Bala and Tamilselvam put to-gether.

PAFFREL Chairman Kingsley Rodrigo said at least two observers would be attached to each polling booth in addition to mobile monitoring units. He said his organization had also brought in 19 international observers.

Elections Commissioner Dayananda Dissanayake had also invited 18 South Asian Election Observers to monitor the poll.

Robbers are guarding the bank when their accomplices break in.

The observers have democratic credentials obtained from mlitary dictatorships in Pakistan, Myanmar and Thailand.

In normal democratic elections the winner with the majority gets the CM post whereas in the East PC Pillaiyann and Hisbulla are each promised the position by the almighty Basil Rajapakse.

Does any sensible person think hat Provincial Council can do anything?

PC is just a talking chamber without executive power and financial support. Why? Look at the extracts from the 13th Amendment to the Constitution

154A.
*.2) The Governor shall be appointed by the President by warrant under his hand, and shall hold office, in accordance with Article 4(b), during the pleasure of the President.


**8 (b) The Governor may, from time to time, prorogue the Provincial Council.

**(c) The Governor may dissolve the Provincial Council.


154G. 7) A Provincial Council shall have no power to make statutes on any matter set out in List II of the Ninth Schedule (hereafter referred to as 'the Reserved List').


State land within a PC

1:3 Alienation or disposition of the State land within a Province to any citizen or to any organization shall be by President, on the advice of the relevant Provincial Council, in accordance with the laws governing the matter.

One of the reason why foreign media is barred to the East or North:

The Kataragama Police yesterday arrested five men including a soldier on a charge of raping a woman police Sub Inspector while she was on duty.

The woman SI has been admitted to hospital.


The law enforcement officers in Sri Lanka break law instead of withholding it and that too with impunity. Just imagine what foreign reporters will report when army or police rape women in the occupied areas of North and East?

I went to Grade 1 in 75.. do your math.. if you need you can always ask WRH for help. He is a pretty good arith-mati-cian.

Exactly i can understand why terror dogs like Sintamus Bark so loud!! they cant do any thing to stop this election lol all that Terror donation money gone to waste!
