WHY we have less number of cyclones to Sri Lanka?
Because Tamils are the minority. If they were the majority Sri lanka would have been worse than Myanmar. -)

Death may tops 100,000
Nature is responsible.
Cant blame god.
May be Karma.
What Karma.
Uppachcheda Karma.
What is uppachcheda Karma.
It is the Karma - to be born
Which is not by any one's will but by the will of NATURE.
Any thing and anyone born has to die some how.
Creation and Destruction is a non stop function in the nature.
Nature is GOD.
So cant blame God who is that nature.

Wrong.
Most of the cyclones generate over the Bay of Bengal, and they pass Sri Lanka when they have not formed into deadly phase. There are some, crossing Sri Lanka, but very few.
Even, Nargis Cyclone gave heavy rains to Sri Lanka before it moved north-east, then east, and hit Myanmar.
But, most common deadly path is over Northeast India and Bangladesh.
