Samadi,

Real horror story huh......

Yes, we are too lenient with the Sinhala Kotiya.

He along this his relatives must be publicly humiliated and punished. There's no good wasting any pity on these.

Aani,

Noticed a distinct change in Canadian, UK and Indian policy against LTTE?

The Arrests, Karunanidhi statement, Indian military aid ect ect....the writing is in the wall for LTTE....hence DBS's article

Pity these countries took so much time to realize it.

The writing has been on the wall since May 1991. But the easiest way to solve the problem is to implement a political solution. It is the failure to do it that has dragged it on this long. Even now we are looking at years of destruction before one side achieves victory. That's why I say political solution.

Aani,

I am sure all if not most Sri LAnkan's are with you when you say political solution.

Who wants a military solution? Think anybody in SL would want to see young boys from both sides die?

But you remember what Velu said to his cadres during a hero's day speech? If he settles for anything less than Eelam, kill him!

So then what is there to negotiate? Either we kill him, or give Eelam!

Political solutions means nothing for Velu. He will kill all Tamils Sinhalese and even Indians that want a negotiated settlement.
We have seen enough of this, and need we be reminded of this bitter truth over and over again?

Don't negotiate with him. Implement a just solution (Eg: Vitharana's). Then you will see the difference. There are lots of people who will agree with me but will not openly say so.

But as long as no solution is on the table, all Tamil people are suspicious - I don't need to remind you of BC, DC and other broken promises:))

Buddhika did not worry about civilian lives, as he had received Rs. 50,000 initially and knew, he would get more funds, from Wasanthan.

This sounds like a Sinhala operation, just as it was an alleged LTTE operation. Anyway, blowing up buses will only prolong Eelam.

Don't negotiate with him.

That's easy for you to say. :)) We first have to live to even think about a political solution. Even if all grievances are addressed, do you think Velu will stop killing? Never! That's the reality.

Tamil are just too scared to come out of their shells. They are forever prisoners of Velu. You can't isolate him from Tamils, however much political solutions are given. That's why the threat to all our lives must first be eliminated.

I thought only Tamils have Douglas, kuruna, sangaree. But
Sinhalese also have people who are only working for money, even they sell his/her mother for money.

If you have a cancer and a headache

If you have a cancer due to a cause (Eg: Chernobyl or other radiation), first remove the cause (ie move patient away from radiation) and then treat the cancer. Otherwise there will be nerw cancers:))
