Upcountry lands are being wasted everyday because of over population and land slides.

Upcountry was populated when Portugeese chased away people who lived in the East.

GOSL should relocate these people in the North and East low lands so that the population pressure on the upcountry hills are minimized.

Some Upcountry lands should be declared only as River catchment areas in order to stop land slides and should be allowed to regenerate as forests.
