Politics of a country is much more complicate that you think. So many mistakes will follow, before settle.

Sinhalayas supports for this military government based on old duttegemunu period and there is nohting to be hoped whatsoever for any peaceful attitude on the part of these racist sinhalayas.
Since their birth theyhave anti-Tamil feelings and they are born to kill Tamils as mentioned kunu bouddhisme of sri lanka.
It is only a strong Tamils of all over the world can kick up these uneducated sinhayalas from Tamil areas and seek an independant state oron condition federal administrations for Tamils.
This war will continue for another hundred years and even if the sri lankan forces take over the remaining northwest areas it will be impossible for any sinhayala to dominate Tamils the only well educated race in sri Lanka. |

that's what majority of singhalese reject ranil and elect MR.
If you check election results, you will understand where Ranil failed. Its mainly at the hand of LTTE! |

LTTE /GoSL /oppositions /Arm forces / Arm brokers/LNP forum all just surviving because of the WAR.
If there is no war, we all have many things to look after in our own back yard.
I agree on LTTE / Arm brokers on above.
As any sitauion any country there should be a GOVT. oppesition & an Army.
We all realise the issue very well, but no one wanted to compromise for a acceptable solution.
I think it is more to do with REVANGE!

don't pretent that you don't understand the election result. i am not talking about NE result. i am talking about the south result. you and me and ltte know that if tamils are allowed to vote they will simply support ranil. but can such a president who is rejected by majority of singhalese and supported by majority of tamils take any important change in sl? |

There are 10000, s of posts blaming MR govt. as he is the one who is destroying the tamil race in Sri Lanka. But, failing to realize that it was the LTTE s wish to have a person like him in power |

What the country need in not this kind of silly survey, but a referendum in NE to decide if NE should become independent country.
It is pity that peope like EELAMAYA still cannot come to terms with reality. East is clearly out of the equation and there is no point in wasting time thinking about it. The days of Eelam that spanned across two provinces are long gone. The truth is that Eelam is now reduced to two districts.
So, in the future, please do not refer to North and Eastern provices as the traditional homeland of 'Eelam Tamils'. Instead, you may call Kilinochchi and Mulathivu districts as your traditional homelands.

It is not about a race.
It is about liberating our land from uneducated LTTE thugs.
We got rid of uneducated JVP terrorist.
We will eventually get rid of uneducated LTTE terrorist also.
