Ur absolutely right on choosing a place to live and from what you have mentioned may be you were looking for your kids future..
I did not consciously think about it. I just did not want my children to have lesser opportunities than their cousins. Hence the move. So yes you are right. Intuitively it is for the children who are a part of us.
In HK we have great English schools which will take to to UK uni..my two children are from UK uni's.
Good on you to develop that opportunity for them. I appreciate that very much. It gives them a higher start than we had and that is progressive.
I have a choice to get a HK passport if i want but since their requirement is to give up SL PP i am bit reluctant. one day I want to go back to SL. I love the place..
Me too. But I do not need a SL PP to do that. I have my big mouth.
