| Ananda i would agree for a kind of swiss type federal (which will suit us better) governing system, if we both agree to demilitarize the whole island as we have no external enemy and that agreement should be underwritten by the UN!
once it is underwritten by the UN no countries (India) can annex us or other foreign military can occupy the island.

see, this is our own mentality, we rather trust and rely on others than trust our selves and use our own foot to stand up.
if we can agree to that proposal, what is the difficulties in con federating the island and having two armies to protect the people from invasions instead of relying on the UN for protection??
