In any battle with LTTE there is no such thing as MIA.
If you are MIA you are DEAD. Stone cold dead.
MIA is just the GoSL's way of keeping the humilation level low and also trying to con the relatives of the dead and not paying any compensation.
Those fools loose both ways. Goatabaya might just pocket the money maybe he would share it with brother basil and mahinder.
