Mmmh thats great man ! Say me, what do you know about the mythical Kumari Kandam ?

I believe thats the last that connected the island to southern india.it was there till about 6000 years ago. but it was at its greatest size about 9000-10000 years ago. it was almost the same size as the current island. so effectively kumarikkandam that went underwater was about the same size as this island.

and no..it has nothing to do with the crappy 18th century construct called the 'lemuria'

people tend to confuse kumarik kandam with lemuria

It is very hard to accept Tamilnet figures as SLA is very powerfull than ltte from every possible ways.

According to the reliable sources, ltte has completely lost their Muhamalie FDL and about 300 ltte cadres were died and 500 wounded. Killinochchi and Mullaitive hospitals are filled out by ltte casualties. They have closed all roads for civillinas, from the battle feild to Killinochchi and Mullaithive hospitals for 7 hours.

Also SLAirForce is still keep pounding on ltte targets, destryong their camps, vehicles transporting cadres, artiliary positions and all other facilities on the earth.

Though they tried to hide their heavy losses by publishing photographs, the reality was completely different.

According to that source, they have trained for this attack from few months and put their full effort and have used their all possible facilities. About 1000 cadres had been used for this attack. And they wanted to use sea tiger boats as well. But due to the last week SLAirForce attack on sea tiger boats at Alampil beach, they had to forget about that.

Apparently ltte wanted to pump some oxygon to their dissapointed and beaten cadres. Also they wanted to get an international attraction, specially from tamil diaspora.

The best example is, ltte supporters here are now jumping up after a long long cry.

This type of attcks are very temporary and ltte can't hold their strength forever. From the Mavilaru to Madu, they keep loosing everything day by day.

SLA is keep blocking all their supplies and capturing their areas day by day, destroying every belongings.

And today morning I heard ltte had to runaway completely from their one of stronghold of Madu area as well.

Actually whatever Tamilnet says, how can 3000-4000 cadres can fight with more than 100,000 army who were armed and equiped with many types of powerfull weapons?

Anyway we must thank ltte for their concern and the respect they paid for SLA bodies, abandoning their own hundreds of bodies at Muhamalei front.

Velir,

Thanks for the reply.
BTW Lemuria's story is strange.

But anyway i like the word Lemuria which refer to the 'Land of Lemurs (monkey)'.. I think this continent was constructed to explain why lemurs only exist in Madagascar, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, India, and Australia..

There must some truth.. A continent connected to all these countries must have existed.. Because I don't think lemurs can fly or swim a long distance..

Dwarka and Pompuhar are cities destroyed by sea's advance.. The Indian undermarine archaeologist must really investigate , rather than sleeping !
