This is a big lie. Tamils had equal opportunities in Sri Lanka.

Tamils in Sri Lanka are treated better than Tamils in Malaysia.

we are natives, we do not need your treatment!

YOU TREAT YOURSELF!

I agree with u..ur a student and you have a load to do..but I have a son your age or even older..so my stand is different..Sinthaka, yes..he does not come from Home cos he has to do his duties at home..since he mentioned to me they have a little baby..I understand..but sometimes we pass hints and it is a joke. Whoever become citizens are treated equally.

All Tamils are not native. Even VP's forefathers came only 200 years ago from TN.

Barely a week later, the pact is unilaterally abrogated by Bandaranaike under pressure from UNP and the Buddhist clergy. A non-violent civil disobedience campaign is launched by FP in the North. The government reacts by sending police and military forces to Jaffna to suppress the agitation. A major anti-Tamil pogrom breaks out in Sinhala-majority areas, killing hundreds of Tamils and making thousands of Tamils homeless.

With increasingly restive mood of people of Tamil Nadu, the Indian government comes out in support of the Tamil cause. Thousands of youth join the militant organizations, with TULF beginning to fade into political oblivion. The conflict reaches the proportions of a full-blown civil war.
