A technical failure at the Victoria power station was the cause of the island wide power failure and the CEB says it will take at least one hour for electricity to be fully restored.
Is it a Good sign? on the Sinhala/Tamil NY?

How are you?
I will not answer u..let me explain to you something that happened to me when i first came to HK.
We normally say Good morning and How ru? when we meet someone in the morning in office.
In my office i used to say it every morning to my Sales Manager and all i get was blank look and no answer..
One day I asked him why can't simply answer 'fine' when i ask you how RU?
He said hey You see me everyday and what is the point in asking me How ru? if I am in office everyday that means I am FINE..No need to ask me
If i fall sick and i do not come to office one day..then you can ask me how RU? and I will reply u..
so I am not answering u..lolz
