Tamils are one family and you are trying to divide by separating on issues where there is no effective common principle
I think, historically, Sinhalese/Tamils/Muslims lived here as a family.
They even killed each other few times but never go to the level we sadly saw in 1983, the time just after LTTE took arms.
Also, under you this family concept, what is the place for up country Tamils..? and Colombo Tamils..?
And if you suggest to divide the country on ethnic line, what the fairness for eastern Muslims..?
I think its good to promote peace, and finding a solution under one country, where all can get the benefits of Sri Lanka. When the country develop further, these creating a new country ideology may take its proper path.

LTTE has never pointed its guns at Catholics before like this. It only was asked to target Buddhists and Hindus. They did just what the Church wants 30yrs ! The sad continuation of misery.
News reports say but LTTE - tamils neglect it.
Recently, LTTE increased it's attacks on Wanni -tamil civilians who are running away from them and wanni tamils who do not support LTTE.
Most of the recent civilian killings are by LTTE. |

The language has been a root cause of the war.
Eastern Muslims speak Tamil, unlike Sinhalese. So, it will be two nations, one speaking Tamil language and other speaking Sinhala language. |

Well, the smart Sinhalese, such as AnuD, Peacemaker, Neurotoxin, may be sansare too, are all outside Sri Lanka.
