I think, LTTE need more people like you. Then, I am sure, this conflict will take a practical path, which can be settled through talks.
I agree. This could include Sinhalese also - in their minds. Then we would represent all of them at the physical level.
Unfortunately, our words may not go into GOSl policy and admin structures, but at least I can ask my people to count what each party did, when the next election.
That is the way it works. Elections is more close to Natural Justice than unpracticed Administration. Hence you will be working the system of Natural Justice through your feelings. The results will flow.

A police officer who was on duty at a police post in Galge along the Buttala-Kataragama road was killed in a lightning strike today. Unaware that it was lightning police in the vicinity had later opened fire fearing an LTTE attack.
Why is Lightning always striking the SL Forces..?
Unaware it was lightning POLICE opened FIRE thinking it was an LTTE atack
LMSAO!!! (Must have killed COWS)

It is more about picking up the 'feeling'. Family feel together.

Right now - yes - self governance is the only solution I am able to see. People have lost faith in the centralised system and hence much of their subjective powers are getting wasted. In other words we are not feeling together. Devolution helps us group and feel naturally and therefore be more efficient and productive.
When the government uses Objective measures more than 50% of the time - we are ready to go global. Otherwise we need subjective power to hold reasonable status at the international level.
Previously, the Jaffna Tamil would listen more to the goverment than to the community leaders. Now due to VP - they listen more to local leaders and rarely to government. That is how the government defeated itself.
