Using child solders, training suicide bombers, and targeting any political opponent while killing any number of innocent people around the target, are among those VP's expertise in armed struggle.
Using migrants for cheap labour, requiring confessions through duress and threat are the expertise of Australian governments.

No. In both instances I fight through my area of expertise. I am thus developing the solutions but doing so without damaging the genuine work done by the rebels who would have resorted to extreme measures as per their judgment - towards survival. If I condemn them on the basis of my standards, that would automatically benefit GOSL and therefore would be suicidal. More importanly it would be in breach of the laws of Natural Justice. One to one - within Tamils I do take up on the basis of my investment. But this must not damage the group / family as a whole. Hence the confidentiality. If you are on the side of GOSL - you find the evidence - given that I recognize that we are divided.
