Another tower :)

Ceylinco Celestial Residencies Tower is a residential tower of 150 metres. It includes appartments and will house the Hyatt Regency Hotel. it is scheduled to be completed in 2009

I think these buildings still use electricity to air condition the rooms.

Western world is environment and energy conscious.

There are buildings which uses cold - water and thermal energy from the deep ground to air condition rooms.

Sri Lanka can easily use cool air etc., to air conditions room instead of electricity driven air - conditioners.
