heavy fighting now taking place in madhu and extending right up to manthai west


my earlier posting is regards sla casualties posted in sla website this is the major thrust in that area according to afp ltte has managed to beat back the sla
more than 90 sla killed

Tamils are traditionally soft-hearted and accommodative. They were so until 1983 and a few years that followed. Over time, they were taught to give it back by the likes of VP.

Look what's happening in South India. In Karnataka, they destroy theatres showing Tamil films and vehicles from TN, not to mention other Tamil properties. What people from TN do in return is to flatten tires of Karnataka buses that travel to TN..! :O))

MR said that he didn't want people to seek VP's permission to go to Madhu shrine and hence he wanted to capture the area. Now Rev. Rayappu has instructed everyone from Madhu church to leave along Our Lady of Madhu. They may build a temporary shelter for her somewhere in Wanni. This leaves MR capturing empty building. What will he do now? :(

Terrorist fire mortars on Madhu shrine complex
Three LTTE fired mortar bombs fell into the holy Madhu shrine premises on Tuesday (01) twice. Those three mortar strikes have fallen towards residential quarters of the clergy in the shrine. But reports so far received do not speak of any damages or any casualties according to reports.
This terrorist act is a blatant violence of the understanding that has been made with regard to no firing zone around the holy premises.
