A MUSLIM THUG killed 17 aid workers which included 01 Muslim too.

GOSL should have Referanda (?) for the administrative areas of Each provincial council and should ask the voters whether they are willing to pay taxes in order to provide finances for running and maintaining that particular PC.
If the Voters say NO, that PC should be dissolved.
Because Provincial Councils are EXPENSIVE TOYS for SPOLIED, CHILDISH POLITICIANS to satisfy their needs at the expense of poor civilians who are gasping for a breath to live day to day.
Other wise, PC are a wastage of money and other resources. |

I heard from ground sources..
The advancing troops today captured a banyan tree which is strategically very important to LTTE in Mannar. All the LTTE supplies are now effectively cut down. MCNS is not announcing it as the clearing operation around the tree(collecting dead leaves) is not yet complete. |
