Tamils migrated all over the world and accepted the system of the majority and live well.

ONLY in Sri Lanka, tamils don't want to accept the majority governing because the MAJORITY allowed the tamils the way they wanted.

So, the solution to the PROBLEM is CLEAR.

You try to imply Tamils are just immigrants in Sri lanka and Sinhalese otherwise. That is long debated and not the point. What's important is to understand that Tamils and Sinhalese have lived in this island for long period of time. This is not comparable to modern day migrations through point systems and refugee status.

If you, as a majority sinhalese, have genuine concern your Language and religion, teach your people to adhere to it. Don't force others to learn your language and convert to your religion in a bid to save those.

As quickly as Palliyan hits the cosy life-style known to politicians, he will not think about covert operations that jeopadize his political significance. On the other hand, palliyan knows that SL military can send him to hell at anytime and put the blame on LTTE. This is not the time for GOSL to act but to watch, later on, many other political parties will come to the east, atmosphere will change. In the meantime, SL inteligence can buy 3-4 key members of palliyan, and play this game smart.

Bandit Queen Shut up your mouth!

Chaura Rejina is now in attacking mode.
She knows that Bandaranayaks era is definitely over with the death of Anura B, so she trying her best to spoil the party for Rajapaksas.

Not like Bandaranayakes, Rajapaksas are blessed with Y-chromosomes, i.e lots male Rajapaksas are in line for power.

MR sons are already on the move.
Here is a example:

Where did this happen Mr. Voodoo? Did any Govt enact a law or force Sinhalese to learn Tamil?

Tamil, just being an official language, doesn't mean that you must learn it. Of course if you are to work in North or east and have to interact with people by nature of your work, you better know the language that those people speak in order to maintain better communication. Otherwise who cares?

In Singapore, Mandarin, Malay, tamil and English are official languages. How many Malays and chinese can speak Tamil? Is that a problem there?

Under normal conditions when tamils migrate they should leqarn the majority language. that can be understood easily.

When tamils say we can not speak the majority language then the RACISM is obvious.

Actually, if tamils lived for a longer period of time, by now every tamil should talk sinhala.

AnuD,

Tamils migrated all over the world and accepted the system of the majority and live well.

At this stage it is more for economic reasons so that we can survive in countries that are more affluent than Sri Lanka - without becomeing second-class.

ONLY in Sri Lanka, tamils don't want to accept the majority governing because the MAJORITY allowed the tamils the way they wanted.

Majority rule is gradually overtaken through individual power. Where our contribution is genuine, the power manifests itself one way or the other.

So, the solution to the PROBLEM is CLEAR.

The SIMPLE EXPLANATION is that tamils are used to live subjugated lives. Once they are allowed to come out of that, they try to subjugate the very system that were allowed to come out of their own mayhem.

It is not just Tamils but all minorities who have to first work extra to feel equal to their parallel from majority group. Once this is achieved we naturally progress to ownership challenges - as is our duty - as I have done/am doing here in Australia.

love
