The third one must be her LATEPRESENCE at the scheduled programmes.

A military rule!????

No. Better to introduce again the rules of our ancient kings but with a doubled-up volume. Then we can save that whole money to protect & feed all those murderers in the prisons and use that money & rest of the prisoners to develop ruined paddyfields in the country.

No lawyers to protect plunderers, betrayers and killers could be one the best rules for any land to achieve a quick development.

if we can confiscated all the wealth of them, that would be enough to construct a super Semi-Highway-Net in Sri lanka I guess.
