Officers from the Colombo District Court had gone to seize the property of Social Services Minister Douglas Devananda at Park Road Colombo-05 on a court order obtained by Sampath bank, today. However, the two parties had later reached a settlement.

Try going north.........to see the real suffering.
Maybe then you will understand what the people are willing to go through to free themselves from a cruel and unjust govt.

if this was the case, how come you don't see the people from the area joining in droves and droves...? Why is t that the LTTE must ENFORCE or abduct people to join the ranks..? Why do such a noble cause has deserters and those wants to escape? Why are there more Tamils in the South rather then the east and the north? What is the logic in what you said?

If what is the case? Many join, there are some who need a little encouragement, it happens every where, just like you some go to places where they can get employment and safety. Would you like to live where they drop bombs day and night on civilian homes? Abduction is something which has to be proofed. I do not think abductees will become suicide bombers.
There are many reasons why people do what they do.
One thing for sure Declare TE and you will see everyone returning in droves.( with all em money and TE will be a developed nation in record time.)
This is what the GoSL is most afraid of. The shame and humiliation and the demands of the people to do the same. |

All this while you must be thinking the Tamils came to the south because of the fair govt. and the overwhelming development, low crime, low inflation, good transport system,and the likes and the economic power the south has over the region?............wow you must be out of your ......mind.

I know I am asking a wrong question hoping for the right response from a hardcore Sinhalese but sometimes miracles do happen.

The biggest problem with the tamils is this self perpetuating myth that they are some super race . This is a complete utter and sad joke. This is why they cannot live anywhere in peace with anybody .
Soon they will be asking for sections of Malaysia , Singapore , SA , and all over . No not Singapore as they will be kicked out on their behind . pronto . LMAO. |
