You are right. Sinhalese alone cannot win this war. But it is not only Sinhalese who fught in the battlefield. It is Sinhalese, Tamils and Muslims together.

It seems you are writing in panic.
Remember our Poya and pre poya and post poya days?
This is sounds like telling SL is having 36 only poya related holidays.
Even SL is having a lot of holidays, this is too much.
Also, colonization is powered by partly nationalism and partly political advantage of respective party. Buddhism plays only a nominal part there I think. |
