what baffles me is that, why on earth would a promoter/supporter of a mono-ethnic state for Tamils talk about multi-culturalism!???? |

It says that Norway is a Chirstian state and non of the members of the parliament or the kings council could be elected if they are not Christians.

Aani believes Buddha entrusted Vijaya to protect Buddhism in Lanka. :)))...need I say more!
He wants Sri Lanka to be completely secular, when most countries around the world are not secular, including the country he himself is living right now.

Aani looses sleep worrying about the 'secularity' of Sri Lanka , while maintaining conspicuously mum about his 'Talibani Tiger Boys' Handiwork in destroying priceless Buddhist sites. What a joke! :))))

You can scour the world and bring evidence to support your arguments. But we all know how the state attempted to make SL a Buddhist country. Norway did not try to colonize minority areas nor did it disenfrachize a million of it's minority citizens nor were there riots:))
You can bring one example from each country like Religion from Norway, Riots from India, Colonisation from Israle but show me one country where there is all of these elements together:))
And no other country disenfranchised it's citizens:))
The moment somebody points to these ugly truths you label him as LTTE and Peelam and so on. This is why you are left with the LTTE to deal with.
Remember the 80s when anyone who spoke out was labelled a thrashtawathi? That is how Sinhala governments marginalised the moderates in the Tamil polity.
Sinthaka in the country I live in there is guarantee of freedom of speech. The law is same for everyone. There are anti discrimination acts. There is press freedom. And I can stand in the middle of a hundred white people and wear a Verti and pottu without fearing for my physical safety:))

There was a photo of this Kelaniyaa flyover being built in LNP, a few days back. I was surprised that SRi Lanka govt still needs foreign knowhow to build a flyover. The shameless Sinhalayas, even 60 years, after independence, still cannot do anything significant in their own.
All this war, Sinhalayas depend on Pakis, Indians, Chines, Iranians... While Tigers have demonstrated their technical superiority in this war, modayas still depend on foreigners. This explains why Sinhalayas cannot still win this war, despite outnumbered, in people, by 10 to 1.
